I'm a Canadian Syrian, and I have nothing against Indians—in fact, they've helped me a lot in many ways. I just want to share a friendly piece of advice, and I don’t mean to sound racist or anything. It's just something to be aware of.\n\nIn downtown, it's common to see large gatherings where people are dancing, playing loud music, and sometimes drifting cars. There's also a tendency for loud phone conversations on public transport, which can be seen as disruptive since people here are generally more sensitive to noise in public spaces.\n\nThat being said, I have no hate at all—one of my best friends is Indian, and I really appreciate how they always support me without expecting anything in return. Just wanted to share this as an observation. Thanks!

There's difference between US and India immigration laws. In India opposition party states provide them with legal documents and make them their vote bank. It's not just all the parties supporting Canada's counter tariffs. The Canadian people are in support, across political, cultural, economic and geographical lines. Canada has not been as unified about anything that I can remember (and I'm old). Plus, Canadians are a stubborn people with a more community oriented attitude than the USA and we don't like bullies. If we have to change brands of food, stop drinking bourbon and American beer, pay a bit more, even pay more taxes to cover the costs for people affected... so be it. BUT... when the tariff's are lifted, don't be so sure we'll just start buying American again. Stubborn also means we don't let things go easily.

Here in California I have met many wonderful Indian nationals; however, many assist and support the concept of illegally immigrating to the US. One woman I know, from Delhi, married one guy then divorced him, and then within a year married and divorced another man. Does anyone care about the trauma and fact this is called grifting, basically criminal fraud for a green card. She was on her thrid target when I had to stop knowing her. There are allot of Indian nationals here involved with many shady businesses, doing crime here is acting as a parasite - something easy to do as people genuinely like Indian people. Also California now has anti caste discrimination laws, the only state in the US, that should tell you allot about their integrity.

Why do they think they are entitled to push their way through our borders? We have a finite amount of resources and the number of homeless Americans are growing. We can’t support the world’s population so the number of people we let into the country has to be controlled. I have seen no evidence that a person who is delsional is not suffering a mental illness. I have seen it expressed legally but not medically. And in this type of case it requires a review of the medical side of things before issuing any legal determination. Testimony to Congress proved that the studies did not include all the relevant data to support their cause. So the previous court ruling could be overturned and will be at some point. I would not serve under a transgender person in the military. I would exit the military. I do not think delusional people should be allowed to handle firearms.
