Well, Trump announced declaring a National Emergency, and Deploying the U.S. Military to help with mass deportation, so there is a very strong reason to believe they intend to do just that. If they see it as a credible threat as of being destabilizing, as is to one of the main reasons of restrictions on immigration in the first place, to avoid overpopulation, or population control. Fundamentally speaking, 7-8 Billion people cannot all live in the lower 48 states of America ??. You have to regulate immigration for fundamental reasons. It’s the responsibility of the government, and more specifically or in any immediate scenario the current administration’s responsibility to address the current immigration status, that’s why it changes from administration to administration, to address the current status on immigration. If mass deportation is what is required to stabilize the situation, then that’s what they will do, and they will do whatever they have to do to accomplish that, depending on the critical nature of it. If Trump announces a NATIONAL EMERGENCY ‼️, and Deploys the Military then it’s critical. Regardless of who is in the White House. Trump is just putting his twist on it as Trump, but the government as a whole sees , or the majority more specifically see it as necessary to correct the imbalance.

So its basically sonething of an National Registrar for Citizens programme in India. \n\nContext - It all began in Northeast India, a tegion which has been neglected by the Indian government for quite a long time. This area was conquered by the British in 1820s, & with the British came a lot of non-native peoples (mostly Bengali speaking people), thereby making the noatives absolutely hate their presence. Following the Partition of India, many Bengali Hindus fleeing persecution migrated to Northeast India, fuelling further unrest. In the 1980s the increasing number of Bengali Muslims in the Northeast Indian state of Assam sparked an insurrection, which was put down after the Indian government promised to identify & deport illegal immigrants. Similar rebellions also broke out in other states of Northeast India by the tribal population against the rise in numbers of Bengali Hindus seeking shelter from religious persecution by Muslims in Bangladesh. However, very little progress was made in identifying illegal immigrants in Northeast India. After 2011 census revealed that Muslims outnumbered Hindus in Assam (but the combined Hindu-tribal populated outnumbered Muslims), talks began about setting a registrar & tribunal to speed up the process of identifying & deporting illegal immigrants from Bangladesh. This picked up pace after the Hindu nationalist BJP party came to power in the union government in 2014 & in Assam's state government in 2016. Around 2018, the Assam government started the National Register of Citizens to register the names of all people of the state provided that they can show proof of their/their parents being present in the state before 1971, inabilty to do so would cause to stand trial before a Foreigners' Tribunal to prove their citizenship or face deportation. This exercise was fraught with allegations of xenophobia, with Bengali Hindus, Gorkhas (settled by the British from Nepal to serve in the army) & Austro-Asiatic tribals (settled by the British to work as labourers in tea gardens) being branded as illegal infiltrators alongside Bengali Muslims. Those who were unable to prove their citizenship ended up rounded in detention centres, eventually to be deported out, which at that time many in Europe & USA had compared with Nazi concentration camps. \nIt would be interesting to see whether this same Nazi analogy is drawn up in case of the Trump administration doing the same as what happened in India.

IT DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE. But neither does Trump. Who, BTW married TWO IMMIGRANTS who were undocumented at the time. 4 of his 5 kids were born to an immigrant. Melania’s parents are here through “chain migration.” But, he’s taking that away now, too. JD Vance’s wife is of Indian descent. These are the 2 men who want to kick out immigrants. Undocumented immigrants contributed nearly $100 billion to the economy & social security in 2022 alone. They pay the same sales taxes we do. But they don’t have access to the social programs they’re paying into & they don’t get tax returns. WE KEEP THEM. But sure, let’s kick them all out. First Trump's administration is going to be jacked up with little known outliers with controversial and radical ideas. That is what Trump is attracted to. His ideas of tariffs and mass deportations are deplorable. They both disadvantage the US instead making it better. However, the tariffs may as well be a scam to get companies profits as when Trump says 10% on item A, companies are going to raise the cost of item A 12 to 15% or so and blame the cost increase on tariffs. For deportation's, I hope most people realize that many working the fields as low wage labor are very well illegals, but they are hired because they keep food costs low. Raising all prices for the poor Republicans will not be beneficial because prices on goods can increase 15% or more but their employer is certainly not going give them a 15% raise to match the cost of living. So Trump has already made the business environment good for more profits by planning to make life more expensive for everyone so business can absorb the additional profits. Probusiness politicians help businesses make money and that money comes from households and the government. And making the government spend more means the government needs to tax more. But TRump is cutting taxes for the people that have the most money. And Trump raising prices with tariffs justs makes households poorer and business richer. Naturally, the stock market will record highs when all the indicators are that business will be making much greater profits from households when Trump takes office.

It usually takes at least 2 years to get to “trial,” then if you lose, you have 2 appeals and each appeal can take 2-3 years.\n\nEven the criminal aliens they pick up will be entitled to have their day in immigration court.
