This has also affected the job market because it is now more expensive for companies to raise investments.\n\nA common theme among the locals against immigration is failure on the immigrants to assimilate. There is a lot of nuance to this situation.\n\nSo yes, if you come from a middle class to upper middle class family that is relatively doing well in India then Canada will feel like the worst place to be.

The NHS in UK sounds similar to that of Canada. Same picture here as well. I faced skin problem and tried to reach out to doctor. But never made is theough due to not availability of appointments. So send pictures instead and got medicine from India.

Every country has problems. In India along with these problems, we are lacking basic infrastructure like clean air, Roads. Every Monsoon we have floods in Metropolitan cities, if Metropolitan cities are facing these, what about other cities in India. If the cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, which collect the highest tax are in these conditions, what about other cities ?

Exaggerated views about a country where you have no personal experience.?. All i can say is life is tough everywhere not just in Canada; get a helmet. Been there for the past 5 years and i gave up my PR and returned back to India, all these points are cent percent true except for the students deportation, initially this occurred due to fraudulent admission letters to Canadian academic institutions were one of the primary reasons behind the deportation of Indian students, the scams happened in India itself, similar issues surfaced with Australia...later on new provincial laws were updated in PEI etc, where students had to face the heat of deportation. To add on the problems racism and weapon culture is also increasing day by day which makes you feel insecure. Inflation in grocery transport real estate is peaking, buying home in canada is dream if you and your spouse aren't working.

I’m Canadian and like Indian people. The problem is that the Canadian government allowed too many immigrants in without properly addressing housing, jobs and social program issues for its own citizens. Imagine if Western countries came to India and did this…

I live in Winnipeg for last 5 years now. I can agree with all the problems as stated. I feel India is much more safer than Canada. I know it because a friend of mine was stabbed in stomach with knife because he didn't have any drugs on him.

I am watching this video from Canada and I have 4 words for you - “DO NOT COME HERE!!!” Everything that was mentioned in the video is absolutely true. Canada is facing many problems, unaffordable housing, broken healthcare systems, homeless people, drugs. I am always scared to walk in downtown at night when I’m returning from work. And the worst part is, you cannot even defend yourself here if a homeless person is attacking you. If you do that you will be prosecuted saying that why did you touch that homeless guy and it is a violation of human rights, which is stupid. So does that mean that we should just let a random homeless person kill us?? How does that make sense?? My friend who was having an asthma attack had to sit in the emergency room for 8 hours. If something would have happened, who would be responsible? And the list just goes on. And what does the Canadian prime minister do about that….? Let a guy be a girl and a girls become a guy? What does that even mean??? I have nothing against the LGBTQ people. That’s your life do whatever you want, I don’t care. But there are so many other issues going on in the country and the government is focusing on allowing people to change their genders !! \nAnd the worst part is that a portion of the tax we pay from our hard earned money goes to the homeless people. And what do they do? Buy drugs and start attacking random people. This video is exclusively for students and people who are going without any research. I was on temp visa and got PR in a year. Dru*s is a problem every big city in US too. Would you say the same for US too ? Yes, Canada isn't able to take load of more people and policies aren't evolving but showing the videos of particular places and calling the whole country horrible, is same as showing population and poverty problems in india calling it poor country. Healthcare is problematic because there are not many people qualified to do jobs. In the end. if you hate struggle, tough life, foreign countries are no place cos you are starting from zero. Leaving comfort zone and moving out is always challenging. Those who moved out earned good money and came back to India are happier now cos they have the money to function in india and international exposure. It depends where you are in life now and what you are leaving behind. Indian universities are great, and studies are top-notch. However unemployment is still big issue. Do your research, evaluate your options and take a call. And if it didn't work out you can always go back.

Canada has always been a peaceful, prosperous, progressive and a good governance oriented nation. In the recent decade, too much of woke, radical left wing ideology has penetrated into policy and public institutions that have led to Canada’s current day crisis. \n\n2. This country has always welcomed talented immigrants who are willing to integrate with the Canadian society, embrace its values, traditions and culture. However, in the last 10 years, too many refugees and reckless mass immigration has put an incredible pressure on the economy, infrastructure and social cohesion. \n\n3. The political leadership has allowed reckless mass immigration without caring to boost the economy/infrastructure to handle the volume and hence the sorry state of affairs. \n\n4. Too many immigration consultants of Indian origin engage in outright VISA frauds (yes, this is unfortunately true) leading to ppl coming in as a tourist and then seeking asylum or converting their visa into a student visa (55 year olds from Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat coming here as students).\n\n5. A significant chunk of people coming from India (esp. Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat) seeking a permanent residency in Canada are using student visas as a back door to claim eligibility for PR/citizenship. Unlike the past, the recent batch of immigrants in the last 3 years or so, make no effort at all to integrate into Canadian society and abuse the system, create law and order problem, drive recklessly, talk loudly in public spaces, litter everywhere, cross railway tracks like they do in India, steal liquor from stores, shamelessly collect food from food banks (as a way to save on groceries) that are meant for the elderly, disabled or those that are in utter poverty. The more I watch this video I feel how ridiculously wrong this video is!! Housing is not that unaffordable in Canada. That is not ground reality again. This video is not at all well-researched. I see such propaganda against Canada in this video! I have seen multitude amount of Indians coming in the past 5years and living a very good life. They touch education and talk about the high quality education but do not expand - education is really top notch here. And intense drug problem is in India too! I do agree Canada is not perfect anymore but it is not unliveable!! Also only 10% of population able to take mortgage is very very wrong and false information. Indians and non-Indians have been moving in droves from USA as they cannot afford houses in US but can easily in Canada. I’ll give my honest opinion. I have stayed in Canada for 3 years from 2018 - 2021 during which I have also worked there. The good thing about that country is almost no pollution and less population and the people are also friendly. However, the costs of housing, medical and other expenses have risen considerably and it’s very difficult to save money and enjoy life freely. The big cities like Toronto and Vancouver are out of reach for the students in terms of rent. Also my own roommate was a victim of crime as 2 college students robbed him and fortunately he only suffered minor injuries. There is also shortage of jobs due to recession. Even though there are many problems in India but in today’s time the best country to live is India!! ????

Kind of freedom you get in India is unmatchable...yeah i know there are some issues here but same can be resolved with collective efforts...taxation is the most severe problem in india for middle class which needs to be resolved...

Canada is the most beautiful country in the world that’s its usp , again we Indians can learn something from Canada is the way they preserved their nature that is remarkable that gives them good oxygen rich air , water and hygiene that Indian people are far away or never witnessed in their life. We don’t have any greenery in our country we really need to work on improving that but neither the people nor the government is interested in making good changes or even have such idea in head ! Along with that Canada has strong tax system you really get tax return as well as strong labour protection act that guards its resident from exploitation and employees can sue the employer if exploitation is provable on table with facts. India doesn’t have any strong labour protection body this results even in corporate jobs you have to work more than 8 hours and no OT , plus Canada has EI (employment insurance) so that means is , if you loose your job for any reason you will get government assistance to help to pay your bills till you find your next job. Plus disability benefits , food banks , freedom to live your life the way you want, you can eat what you want, religion based stupidity doesn’t exist in that country. So yes it’s true I don’t like the Canadian PM either but overall Canada is really good country and we Indians can learn atleast some good things they carry and adapt to our country and make India bit better place to live. Getting an appointment for any doctor is a headache.\n\nI had a small rash, and i wanted to go to a dermatologist but didn't get an appointment after 3 months, and it spread so much that i was admitted to the hospital as an emergency patient. Sir, the large population in India makes you feel worthless even if you have any skills. When you go to a client, they don't offer even half the amount that your work is worth. If you refuse, they say, 'No problem, we will find someone else.' Shockingly, they do find someone who will work for less money. There will always be someone willing to work for less. Additionally, the government doesn't really care about poor people; they see them as garbage. Privileged children also make fun of the poor to look cool \n\n- If things are expensive in Canada, it means they value someone's skills. Anyone with good skills will not feel worthless.

The blunt truth is that the majority of ostensible international students from India coming into Canada happen to be from the state of Punjab and are Sikhs. The state of Punjab is the educational dregs of India as it is mostly agricultural. What is happening is this influx of so-called students from Punjab are in fact hooligans and come to Canada in the guise of being students. But are in fact here to become permanent residents by hook or by crook. This phenomena is a recent development since 2020-21. Prior to that the students who came to Canada from India were genuine students that is why Canada did not see the problems from so-called international students from India prior to 2020-21. Canada really needs to screen carefully for both academic credentials as well as English language facility. These so-called international students cannot speak basic English. How in the world are they going to actually fare in Canadian post-secondary education let alone at University level. Canada is now facing an influx of these hooligans and they ALL need to be deported back to India.

most newcomers to any country struggle especially since most are not bringing in wads of cash to start a business but literally scraping in using life savings just to get here - however once here with residential status a national health care and level of income security for unemployment benefits is an added bonus which you won't get in every country regardless of residency status but refugees and others come in with no money at all as well as problems in some cases with language barriers, but as bad as everyone thinks it is the grass is not greener on the other side just because you're paying lower taxes but privatising infrastructure only makes things more expensive even when you're not taxed.... and Canada is a huge country with very limited number of tax payers such a small market would double costs for private business too - and just cos things may be cheaper you may find you don't fit as well as you thought..... and also the more you move the less time you have to settle and grow into the space you find yourself now....I've lived in 3 very different countries so I understand how difficult it is.... and how some places regardless of cost just fit better than others.... I love Toronto... but would not want to live in Vancouver or Texas for very different reasons... and don't judge a city by people who don't know how privileged they are to live in Toronto or anywhere in Canada really they should try living in India or Russia or even South Africa... places may be cheap but the lifestyle isn't worth much as a result of being failed states - even USA is falling apart road by road bridge by bridge.....of course there's hope for all of them eventually.... but if you don't like it it's probably best you leave.... if you don't want Canada why would Canada want you.... your just bringing the nation into disrepute

I went back to India and came back again in 11 months. \nOnly digital payment system is a plus. \nPpl are still peeing on the wall , basic necessities like water is a problem, traffic is crazy, garbage, rats everywhere, literally stinks in rainy season, if an accident happens,help won’t be able to reach on time. \nThese days mostly both parents are working, and outsourcing their home chores including cooking. All you see is maids mostly. As both the parents are working kids mostly hoping from one activity class to another.Basically, like foreign countries you hv to make extra efforts to make friendship and then to sustain them. \nOnly housewives who of course, hv maids even for dusting , you would see n meet, who would color coordinate their outfit and control the festivities in society. \nLike abroad mostly relationships n friendships are transactional, relatives are already well settled in their respective lives and busy.\nEducation system is not hash and strict as before but teachers are. Indian education is still elaborated and we Indian parents still give pa pushy environment at home that’s it. Apart from that no other eduation is provided like harmonal changes to kids who are about to go in teenage, addiction , behaviour etc… I can write on n on but will some up : your only 3 or 4 member family matters .. 2 parents n kids … rest is all over world us same..

India is not a problem of Canada

I’m a Canadian and my wife is an immigrant for Punjab and even she thinks this is all getting out of control. She came here to start a new life with me after we met and to get away from Indian culture which she thinks is now seeping into everything. In India it’s survival of the fittest, one must do everything they do and take advantage of everything in order to scrap by. Canada and the Canadian mindset isn’t equipped to handle that, so it’s no surprise you’re suddenly seeing Indians everywhere who are telling Indians back home how to exploit the systems to get more money fast. Hijacking what systems Canadians have to gain the social mobility that they can’t have in India but in doing so they’re making it like India. They don’t respect any other culture than their own my wife won’t even step foot in Brampton because it looks, sounds, and even starting to smell like India. And the problem is being exasperated because these people who are from very tight families are trying to bring their whole families too people who are elderly with no literacy or language skills to integrate into Canadian society to work and contribute to the economy so they just live off of their children who came first. I’m not racist all of my friends are international and are of one ethnicity or another and I’ve been to India and love the country it’s beautiful with amazing food lol, but this is getting too much out of hand and we’re letting in the most cut throat Indians in who will exploit everything and step on anyone to get on top. They won’t even respect Canadian laws and customs. We’re not equipped to deal with them

1. A good student has no problem finding work or getting PR.\n2. One not good student will bring many relatives. Those people don't speak English, they are not respectful and polite. People just come here to complain. If you are good in India, why did you go to Canada? Just a visit is enough to see how life is here.
