Europeans are funny many of them fear being what they are the minority in the sea of people of color which is the truth and what about how they go to places like India colonize and cause issues there? YGood day. For from context I'll reveal a little about me. I am around 27% Indian, 34% northern African people which is around 61% combined. My other ancestry includes Wales, Sweden, Norway Scottish and Irish, Hebrew/ jew as in from 12 tribes of Israel, However, the world calls me black Jamaican born. I live in small town with population under 41,000 people in northern Ontario Canada for past 21 years. I remember when I came here with company contracted to build and say very few black people mostly French African and some mixed black with some Chinese probably total under 20 people other than white or indigenous peoples. Over the years was steady increase of black, Chinese, Philippino, and my Indian doctor and his family to maybe total around 50 none white none indigenous peoples. Just before pandemic we had a large number of Indian students which was awesome to see considering my heritage as my grandmother on dad side was Indian. But a year before pandemic we noticed many started working in convenient stores and fast food places like most high school students do to save for college/university which was becoming a problem for Canadian students as some employers got incentives or cheaper labour to maximize profits. As pandemic rolled in so it seems more Indian students from other regions in Canada. So, Canada, Ontario, and small town I reside already had huge housing problems as some homes we even to be condemned and indigenous homeless from north increased crime rates and now we had students living beyond building code occupancy with shared living causing rentals to shoot up in prices as landlords became greedy and selfish. This small town of under 41,000 is by some estimates over 55,000 by increasing Indian students who for past 5 years fighting to get permanent residents even though they came as students which proves the goal was always invasion and coming as students was the ticket. If you and rest of new immigrants don't see the problem yet, I'll continue. 95% of taxis have Indian drivers, 98% food and other delivery Indian, 90%+ convenience and groceries, clothing and all stores 90%+ , vehicles on roads 70% Indian, my son barely got into college with 90%+ Indian population in college and his class is 2 white students, himself only mixed , and 2 Africans and 22 Indian students who cheats on a regular basis but professor afraid to confront as they are quick to call racism. But even bigger for me is these Indian students/new immigrants have no respect for the history of Canada and USA not knowing how indigenous peoples were raped tortured and murdered to take over this country and then enslaved African people to build this country while they raped tortured treat less than animals and still suffering with fighting for equal rights for over 400yrs while still being racially profiled and beaten and murdered by police officers because of this colonizers system. Now you come here and benefits from black and indigenous peoples struggles and claiming rights when you have not been fighting the battles with us or for us. Also, the criminal aspects of your community is not being taked about as well which includes extortion to businesses owned by Indians, car thefts, drug trafficking, human trafficking and other criminal activities. There's so much more than just saying you feel unloved by the people you're taking things from for their children and grandchildren and generations without showing any respect as that is defined as selfish. You and many new immigrants forget this is not India and expect everyone to bow to you and that is what we are against. i Have some awesome friends that are new immigrants and are respectful and want to learn about history and current events and impacts they have and how to reprove Canada not destroy Canada

In places like Vancouver and Toronto the government should by the foreign home owners homes off them

I too am an immigrant, but I feel like the country is being overtaken by India. There's nothing wrong with immigration if controlled properly, bud sadly this is not the case with the Canadian government, and it is getting out of control. I live in a beach town in Ontario that up until last year was a nice place to live. Now when you go to the beach it is 90% Indians, and they are buying up all the businesses to cater to their own kind and if you aren't Indian, you stand out like a sore thumb!. Sadly, having lived in Brampton since the late 60s, I have seen it happen and I feel that it is becoming another Brampton! I have a relative that lives in Brampton and is very experienced in the medical field, but cannot get a job because they don't speek Hindi. Come on people! If you can't speak english you shouldn't be allowed into the country!

People from India are racists too…note when an Indian person becomes a manager at a business, no other race is hired for a job at that place any more…they treat tenants in their rentals like 3rd class citizens, get students thru the student housing programs and then use them as personal slaves… just speaking from experience. As a result, my opinions of these Indian immigrants has definitely been tainted.

Hi… I totally agree with just about everything you stated in all aspects of the Indian community. I’m a Canadian who happens to be living in Brampton for the past 12 years. I’ve watched Brampton go from a beautiful community to a dark dreaded place to live , and this is truly because of Indian behaviours. Mind you I have many genuinely good intelligent respectful Indian friends, but there’s the others that thinks they owe the city, province, and country. They don’t respect no one, and I mean no one. NOT EVEN THEIR OWN KIND (Indians/ Punjab). And yes as a Canadian citizen whenever I see something I do call them out on it. However; the moment you say something to them they assume that you’re cursing at them and what was ment to be a respectful comment becomes a situation where they want to argue and even get into a physical fight. Then there’s the bad, careless driving on the streets with no regards to the next person’s life. They drive like their car is the only one on the street yet always looking for someone to race with not to mention the illegal U-TURN creating major accidents. I personally experienced this when a Tractor Trailer Driver tried making a U-TURN on the city street with only 4 lanes for both direction at 4AM in the morning. This caused me to almost ran under the trailer body which would have been the end of my life. They butt into lines and interrupts as much as business conversations thinking their concerns are way more important than anyone else’s and That’s just to name a few things.\nNow on the other hand I do have VERY GOOD RESPECTFUL INDIAN FRIENDS who I will never let go of our friendship because of their genuine respectful relationship although even those close friends are now pulling themselves away from their own country people and all because of the others behaviour.\nThirdly; YES, the Canadian government invites foreign students into the country with improper sources to monitor and direct a governing body to monitor and process the activities of foreign students .\n\nI love your honesty in your stories back your video clips as proof of your country men behaviour. Keep up your good work and try spreading your positivity among your community.

Yes the cost of living has spiked everywhere in Canada, but I think part of the problem is people only wanting to live in the big metropolitan centres. People are made to believe that “Canada” just means Toronto, or Montreal, or Vancouver, but the country is 5500km across and has over 8000 cities. If people get over the romantic idea of living “the big city life”, and just focus on where they can live well, they will be better off. Most Canadian born citizens can’t even afford those places anymore, especially Vancouver. And those large metropolitan cities are actually the least representative of what greater “Canada” is really like anyway.

How about this one I'm dual citizen Polish and Canadian long time loong time :) and I have polish passport that's needed and Canadian Polish one I just pay few bucks and I get it no signatures of acquaintances like in Canada. This year I'm not getting Candian renewed cause I have Polish Passport that let's me just like Canadian passport with a bit differnet rules as of EU it's much more and allows. if I don't have Candian passport but I fly in on Polish and I'm a Citizen of Canada as well, do I really need Candian Passport to fly into Canada and stay as long as I want yes I can but is it really needed well will I have problems or just a few minutes when I land in Van or Toronto or Edmonton or Calgary. should I need one. No I don't since I am a citizen of Canada and its in Candian computer all info at the border. will they place me in jail at the border caus ei a citizen of Canada with out Candian Passport flying in on Polish which allows travelling as for vacation 6 months in Canada. let me know Canada officials. I don't officially have aquantances that I have known for 2 years to get signatures for various reasons since I have been out of country of Canada. Recently i had been to canada . I stayed in Vancouver a beautiful city surrey a city 35 kms from Vancouver is full of punjabis where you feel like a punjab state. Everything available there. A nice place.

Frankly why has Canada allowed in SO MANY people from a few specific countries under the pretense of studying if the gvt knows so well that is not what many if not most intend to do in the first place? I lived in Canada when I was 5 years old. I don't remember much from when I was 5 years old but I remember the feeling of home Canada gave me. I was happiest in Canada and my family felt safe and grateful to be there. I left Canada in only a year though cause we went there to study English, and I was very sad because Canada was the best place ever for me. I've been to several countries but Canada always had me in love. I was planning on going back for college and living there, but when I realized the state Canada is now, I was heartbroken because it looked nothing like the amazing place I had lived in years back. I'm still very sad about this and I pray the Canada I used to know will be back one day so that I can return to the place that was the closest thing I've ever felt like home.

I'll be honest, I will learn new language the right away to be able to communicate with others in their country in respect, but I probably will not be welcomed to stay and that's fine by me. I don't wish to move in a place where I am not likely to be loved.

I used to work in a vegetable processing plant where 90% of the staff were Indians. They were rude, self entitled, and treated the rest of us like trash. I remember when one of the Punjabs threw garbage in front of me and expected me to pick it up. These people feel they own this place and the rest of us to serve them. They need to GO! And we need to stop immigrants from India from coming in.

I'm from sauble beach they have been pooping on the beach for 10 years now. 7 years ago they slaughtered a goat on the beach and buried it in the sand. I was in the park a couple days ago and Indians are saying too many immigrants. No jobs!!! It’s getting harder and harder. Not just Brampton the entire Peel. Glad this is happening! First, because the govt. should put their citizens & their heritage as top priority. Secondly, because permit to study doesn’t mean permit to permanently settle down. Don’t use words like racism during protests. That’s not racism. Canadians are much more tolerant as compared to places where many of us come from - places that are pure classists, casteists & extremists! Yes, this exists in 21st century. Finally, there is no deeper philosophy involved - learn to respect & assimilate in a new country. Work hard. Follow the rules. I mean these days I am seeing people failing to follow basic civic sense & social manners. This is creating a problem for the entire community. The only thing I would say cause you seem to be very young. Is that brampton actually in the 70's and to early 2000's used to be mostly a white and black community and then other cultures. I am born in Toronto I have a cousin born in Toronto who currently lives in brampton she owns a house in brampton for about 25 years. And is going through a lot mentally with the slamming. We got of people from India mostly in the last 2 years, but it's been going on slowly over 10 years and she's not doing well with the overwhelment of Indians and we're of black Jamaican heritage. So just so you know, brampton used to actually be white and then black was actually the second largest population and everybody else was after that. And then in the last 10 years they started coming but it wasn't in hundreds of thousands and then in the last 2 years it blew up insanely. As that man described is like an invasion. I now live on the West Coast of Canada and the same thing has happened here. And it's been a lot for me Canadian born. I've always grew up with every culture. I've lived and worked around the Indians that used to come here were literally not even on the radar. I mean you see them, but you just they just blended in because most of them had assimilated and were doing their lives. The breed that has come over specifically in the last 2 years is what is making it even worse cause if they acted like the ones who came before 10 -20 -30 years ago. They probably wouldn't stand out, but then again when you bring in almost a million, into all of Canada, they would stand out, but maybe people wouldn't be so agitated, if they had tried to assimilate and be respectful to the other cultures here and that is the number one complaint I hear anytime, I see interviews. Is people saying they don't assimilate? They're very rude to anybody who is not them. They are just interacting with the environment. The way they do at home, Canadians are more quiet and try to be respectful of other cultures. We like to just have their own space and our own peace when they're moving throughout this space and a lot of people describe the energy of the Indians coming in almost evasive into your space and then not really carrying anything about invading ur space. They act like, so what's the big deal if I'm in your space and that has been the number one issue is just the rudeness. Not assimilating and imposing their culture, speaking their language, not attempting to integrate with other cultures showing actually a lot of racism to some of the other cultures. And that has been the biggest problem. So just so you know, cause I can tell you're young. I'm North 40 years old and I can tell you. The demographic change has been so intense everywhere in Canada especially in the last 2 years. That I have even seen podcast with Indian people who have been here 10 -20-30 years, saying the government needs to figure out a way and get a good swath of these people gone because they are. Staining them with a negative brush. Cause I can tell you. It's only in the last 5 years. That I notice Indians. I've grown up around every culture. And I just don't notice individual cultures in that way. Until in 2022, Trudeau took the guard railsl off the foreign worker program and the student Visa working program. And just said Hey, anybody want to come bum rush the door now? And India is known for having middlemen in India that work with Fake Diploma Mills scholls with brampton having over 80 of them that the middlemen work scamming Indians by telling them if they pay anywhere from $5000 all the way up to $50,000 even higher to get fake school acceptance letters, so they can come here to get the word permit and work full-time or with companies that provide fake LMIA job offers on the black market, which is illegal under the I.R.C.C, but that is a thing that they had prior to 2022. And when Trudeau took the guards rails off when it comes the requirements and basically. Made it a free-for-all and as India already had the scamming infrastructure in place that kept their population moderate and it just allowed th scammers to go nuts, so that's why we got mostly Indians. Other cultures do it too, but it's so tiny. It's not noticeable. The Indians already had the infrastructure in place that when they took off the guard rails, it was easy for them to switch and start selling these opportunities to go to these fake schools was over 80 of them in brampton t such a lightening speed. Hence why we got slammed so hard-and-fast with that specific community.That just really we're coming here to work and send money home and that is also why a lot of our banks are now struggling with cash reserved because they're sending money home. So just thought I'd give you that angle. I understand you're doing it from your culture's perspective mostly but you're missing a whole bunch of information. So I thought I'd fill you in actually, brampton used to be a white and black city for a long time, and recent flooded in the last 2 and why it happened from that community so quickly in 2022

C'mon David, you can't compare this encampment to freedom convoy thugs who honked all night in Ottawa, blocked roads, businesses closed down and couldn't operate, they blocked borders. US/Canada both suffered due to the blockade at Ambassador Bridge. As a long haul Trucker, I couldn't work and I was forced to stay home because of those Convoy thugs. Canada looks like a third world country. Very rare to see white Canadians. I feel like I live in India (dirty place, people dressed crazy, people drive like crazy and cause accidents,) so I decided to leave Canada. Not interesting anymore at least for me.

Whilst agreeing with most of your comments, I would like to add few more observations that I feel should mention here. a) noise pollution by means of loud Bhangra music and rap songs. b) Urinating in bus stops c) spitting in public places. These practices are disgusting and reflect on the whole Indian community . No wonder Indians are the most hated community in Canada.

Vince go to any Brampton construction job site where Indians are working on and you’ll see “students” international students working there. Then these so called students that work at retail and other places make it seem like they’re doing you a favour by doing their job. If they’re working in the service industry they’re extremely rude as if they’re doing us a favour by being here. We don’t want them here, get them out!

The problem is simple. If its an issue of cost of living, while its true that it is very high, its very high across the industrialized world. That is because the causes influencing cost of living are not related to inside Canada but are being influenced by foreign actors which Canada has no control over. The Ukraine-Russia War for example is causing increases to food costs which are not easily overcome. The situation in the Middle East between Hamas and Israel threatens to spiral into a regional war and that threatens the oil supply and the present price for oil and gas. The Houthi have been making it hard to traverse the Red Sea which is forcing shipping to travel around Africa rather than directly through the Suez Canal to the Mediterranean Sea meaning those additional fuel costs get transferred over to the consumer. As for housing, while efforts to cool housing markets have been made, Canada's housing market is still relatively hot meaning the prices remain high in big cities. Its like a perfect storm. Increased costs on mortgages are an attempt to push down inflation but in the short term you are going to feel that as well. Also we are living in a transition period as the world sinks back to the older model of trade before before Bretton Woods in 1947 which is leading to a decoupling of product lines that at one time coming from Asia were cheap but are not more expensive because they are being made back in the home countries. Transitions do come with a price. Finally, add taxes which help to deal with health care, social programs and government services like embassies, foreign missions and the army well yeah its a perfect storm.\n\nI hope you have luck where you end up but do not for a minute assume that the grass is greener on the other side. Even Japan which attempts to keep certain costs low, has been forced to increase its national consumption taxes to offset overall costs. It isn't going to get cheaper but more expensive as we move back to the old trade model. However, as the world weans itself off of the World Trade Organization and the IMF, the world also re-opens the potential to a Great Depression because that was the reason Bretton Woods appeared in the first place. The world isn't going to get better but far worse.

Ive lost all respect for indian nationals in this country. They are rude, do not care about others and act like they are entitiled to everything when they are just guests.\nMy family and i used to visit a nearby lake on hot summer days. \nIts been a tradition for soo many years. This year we pulled up to the beach and it was over crowded. I have never see that many indian nationals in on space in canada.\nWe left and decided to come back a couple days later. My god. The garbage! They didnt even have the decency to clean up after themselves!
