Where I grew up in California a young Deputy Sheriff, who was a legal immigrant from Fiji whose dream it was to work in American law enforcement, was murdered by an illegal alien while he was on duty. During the day of the murder the killer went on a rampage and harmed several other people. The deputy who was killed left a wife and a baby.
