There are tons of successful blacks in Canada, not all of them are like Drake's dad wo goes to prison or runs out on his family. There are plenty of successful Jamaicans in Canada that are highly successful. Jamaicans and other of African Descent are doctors, lawyers, schoolteachers, engineers, IT REPS, mechanics, accountants, biochemists, cops, and so much more. That's because they have chosen to do the right things in life. Life is all about choices. People who are successful in life, are successful because they made good choices and good decisions early on. People who are a failure in life are a failure because they made bad choices early on and life and wouldn't listen to nobody and did what they did without any regard for the consequences. Choices. That's what everything in life boils down to.

And anti-Jewish sentiment is growing too, I wonder why? And how about anti-Christian sentiment that is also growing? Our own Prime Minister can hardly bring himself to say the word Christmas and has gone on record as say that Christians are a problem to Canada.

Canada may only invite skilled workers but treats those that come here abysmally. I have worked with engineers from China, Russia. These engineers need to take courses to qualify for work in Canada. Many immigrants to Canada come as skilled workers but end up underemployed here in Canada. This ought not to be if Canada invited them to come to Canada.

this is a great show. I live in the NW in the USA and I have been to Canada a few times. I never realized how much racism was in Canada. My ignorance is bliss I guess, but it's still better than the racism here in the States.

We live in N.Y. about 2 hrs from the border to Canada and we love to go to NOTL for a quick vacation whenever we can - usually 4 or 5 times a year! We find Canadians to be WAY more chill than Americans and we love visiting Canada. One thing I'll tell you is figure out the insurance because we've had employees who didn't bother to do this resulting in them having none. When that happens, and you file your income taxes, the IRS takes a fine out of your return. The first year it's like $100, but it goes up each year. After a few years they can fine you like $600. Depending on how much you earn you may be able to apply for assistance in paying your health care premium or may not have to pay at all. I would encourage you to do that before you start getting fined...and welcome to the USA lol!

Canada is not an Islamic country, therefore Muslims should respect their culture and adhere the law. If you are uncomfortable and causing lots of trouble, then go home to your Islamic homeland where you can have a peace of mind.

While I understand the anxiety the Muslim woman in the video feels, her accent is as Canadian as it can be which tells me she probably was born in Canada or came here as an infant. She's obviously had enough time to assimilate. She either has or hasn't. If she has, she's being discriminated against for no other reason than that she's Muslim, which speaks to a mindset that is being espoused by Stephen Harper. When your leader says the things he's saying it doesn't speak well of the country. It would be more honest if he blocked all immigration of Muslims to Canada, but then the Muslims would really have a case if other nationalities were allowed in. Given Canada's small population they're kind of stuck.

for security and safety they should make it mandatory so that every person can be identified. suppose someone wearing a mask or someone who covers there identity wants to do some evil like stab or robbery or steal etc... now they can go in a store and take what they want or stab anyone etc.... its best to implement laws that provides security for people. also its not required for muslims to wear such cloths so why dont just try to obey for purpose of security and safety. i am a hindu and i love canada. why, its because we have an allstar groups of people that try to live in peace. we should keep this way of thought. also making some comprimises like this will go a long way for muslims with other communities as well. they should try to look at the fact that canada is not an islamic country.

Speaking as a white man I have to admit I don't quite understand the need for anyone to organize as a race in Canada. First generation clubs from whatever country, sure, but as a race? Is it the elephant in the room... American slavery?  I can't help but think that most perceived problems blacks have in Canada are due to American issues we see in movies and media.\nWe in Canada bend over backwards to offer opportunity to succeed. Even touching on racism is widely and loudly crushed. I personally, as do most, give any individual the opportunities they deserve but it's up to them to screw it up or not. To me, if any minority can't make it in this society they aren't trying.\nIt's actually worse in my mind to be white male in public forums because our views and opinions are marginalized and shouted down. Youtube and the internet are the few forums where honest feelings and opinions can be spoken. No one with anything to lose would say this in public for fear of attacks from the thought police. Pretty sad we live in a free country that actually doesn't allow free speech from all. This was so disappointing to see. I was considering moving to Canada because in the USA racism and racial profiling is so bad in the south. I am so sad to see that blacks aren't really equal anywhere.
