I'm really not sure what Trudeau said to make him and other undocumented immigrants buy into this fallacy, but its a known fact that immigration to Canada is strict. Its actually far more stringent than even the US. He also does not qualify for asylum after having lived in the US for 15 years. I'm just confused about this whole thing? What exactly did Trudeau say? Can any Canadians confirm please? Trying to figure out if this guy simply didn't do his homework. =/

This is symptomatic of our government's attempt to change Canada. The Queen is still the head of state and belongs in the middle. The GG is the Queen's representative. We may not appreciate the Queen the way we used to do but she is still the head of state. Our laws are enforced in her name.
