The chinese cheated the exam for red seal electrician and now we are flooded with chinese with fake tickets that were issued by our canadian government. The government was notified but they did nothing.

And after entering Canada, he got a perfect job ( Based on his actual experience and education, i.e 8th class) to repair the doors and windows. If he helped cheated on other's immigration proceedings, he must have cheated on his. Just look into his past immigration application, then Canada can take away his citizenship. Also, you should be able to seize all his asset because they are the proceeds of his crimes.

How are the people who tried to cheat the immigration process the victims? They are people who broke the law. Yes, it is hard to become a citizen but people are doing it every day without cheating the system or breaking the law. They are all guilty of criminal activity.
