You don t come to USA if you don t know where to leave period .It has been like that for years.Normally from the airport you have to fill the adress of who will host you or the person who sponsored you.\nAnd by immigration standard you should not come here to be a charge and take advantage of the welfare system .From the USA ambassy where you postule for a USA visa everything is designed to avoid those kinds of situations .If you dont have a place to stay then ICE has to send you back to where you came .USA has been almost like that for years???.\nIf you cross the border illigaly you have to be detain and expulse automatically.\nSeeking asylum don t mean it as to be in USA only .There are so many countries crossed by those migrants that could and should take them as asylum seekers unless those countries did not sign the asylum seekers international treaty.

The one's on the planes are criminals....many with warrants out for them from other countries. Thus the handcuffs and armed guards. Maybe in Columbia they don't ever put criminals in prison, or use handcuffs on criminals....they can do that, we handcuff them for safety of others and to prevent escape. \nIf Columbia wants to play stupid games, they will be sorry.\nSince they refused these illegals, they will go back and stay in jail until Columbia takes them back, because they are criminals.

I would like to see Trump issue economic incentives for countries like Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia, etc. Maybe if the quality of life improved for civilians in these countries they would be happy to stay where they are.

If they are illegal immigrants, and didn't apply for citizenship, what's the problem with sending them back to their countries? And their countries have to take them back. Every single country has the right to accept or deny anyone wanting to enter their country based on their own criteria. Travelling to a country is luxury and living & working there are privileges! I’ve had the privilege to work and live for 2 years in India and I’ve respected every single procedure I had to go trough, I had all my papers, I respected the country and culture, did my job as good as I could, stayed out of trouble and went back home when it was time to do that. Just like India has the right to set its immigration rules as strict as they want in order to protect their sovereignty so does any other country on the face of the planet earth! If you want to be accepted anywhere on planet earth (this is an advice for everyone and anyone from any country) you must EARN IT not demand it!

Why don't you just stay and fix your country. Illegal immigrants are not welcome in the USA.

Unfortunately, have to agree with the fact that some Indians have exploited the visa process and made it a mess for the remaining well intentioned legal residents. The rich Venezuelans left 5 years ago. Some stayed in other countries but have come in over the past 2 years. There was an immense gap between the haves and have nots. Then a populist uprising resulted in a president who promised the rich would be forced to share their wealth. But the rich fled. Those who couldn't afford to lead have faced terrible financial collapse. But they believe everyone in the USA is very rich, so they want to come here.

If you wanna know why all these rejections, look at Canada! Canadians are some of the nicest people on earth, but the anti-Indian sentiments in the country have been steadily growing over the past few years for a reason. While some of them settle into the Canadian culture, a lot of them have instead decided to import India to Canada. The question then is, why not stay in India?
