I DON'T UNDERSTAND ABOUT THESE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ISSUE.\nWHAT I GATHER AFTER I READ IN NEWSPAPER AND WATCH IN NEWS.\nINTERNATIONAL STUDENTS COMES HERE FOR GET STUDY NOT TO GET IMMIGRATION STATUS AND PR STATUS TO LIVE HERE ITS ARE THEY NOT SUPPOSE TO GO BACK AFTER THEY FINISH THEIR STUDY\nI THINK GOVERMENT IS DOING WRIGHT THING BECAUSE NOW FINALLY CANADIAN GOVERMENT LEARN AND AWARE ALL THESE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT AFTER THEY FINISH THEIR STUDY THEY HAVE NO INTENTION TO GO BACK THEIR COUNTRIES WHERE THEY COME FROM,\nI SUPPORT CANADIAN GOVERMENT DECISION FINNALLY THEY WOKE UP AND REALIZE THAT STUDY IN CANADA AND ANY OTHER COUNTRIES JUST A EXCUSE TO GET PR AND IMMIGRATION.\n99.9 PERCENT INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS NEVER WANNA GO BACK WHERE THEY COME FROM ITS MEAN THEIR MAIN GOAL TO GET PR AND IMMIGRATION.

They were never promised by the Canadian government that they could stay. If Indian consultants made false promises that is not an excuse. Go back to India and apply legitimately to become a permanent resident.

There are skilled immigrants here willing and able to work, already! They are the thousands of mothers who have absolutely no support with childcare. I know pharmacists, teachers, business graduates, and other professional women who are stuck at home. Schools have unreliable times, somedays school starts at 8:00 other days at 8:45, the children are let out at even worse times; somedays 11:30, other days 12:30, and sometimes 13:15. The kindergartens will call with every kind of excuse to have your child picked up early, and, of course, shortage of staff. And there is the asnwer to the problem! Educators are not paid enough and no one wants to become one I don't see how this will get any better in the future. It may be a good place if you are skilled and don't have a family, if you do, Germany is not a place for you.

My friend’s family bought a house with tenant two years ago. Big red flag Ik. For the past two years they didn’t pay a single penny in rent. They’ve been fighting to get them evicted but they give excuses to not show up at court. Even accused the judge of being racist to delay the eviction process. Finally they got evicted by Marshall last week. They owe over $60k in rents. Now they have to sue to recover the rent. After paying lawyers to get them evicted, god knows how they’re gonna recover any money. \n\nThis is in NYC, it’s a messed up system. And it’s not gonna change anytime soon.

This mess could have been avoided, or a least minimized with proper leadership. Saying it's everywhere and blaming covid are sad excuses. It didn't have to be this bad.

We've had the USA madly printing money which stokes inflation as well as predatory global corporate cartels using covid as an excuse to collude on raising prices and boosting corporate profits. Then we have US and British corporations using countries like Canada and Australia as cheap mine sites. Finally, we have the property Ponzi scheme which keeps housing out of the reach of young people. In both Canada and Australia, the birth rate has fallen because young people cannot afford to have kids. Both countries maintain their population level via immigration but that con is now falling apart because migrants can see that the game is rigged. Canada and Australia both produce a huge amount of wealth but it doesn't flow to young folks. Old folks who have fat investment portfolios don't want to rock the boat but, by their inaction, they're throwing their country's future under the bus. It's no mystery as to where this path leads. Just take a look at the catastrophically low birth rate in South Korea. Look at Italy with its falling population.

Somehow Poland accepted Ukrainian refugees with open arms. And why yes, some commit crimes and behave in unbecoming ways but vast majority learned to speak polish,work polish jobs and uphold cultural and social norms. Having lived in migrant-rich places in UK and Scandinavia, this is simply not the case with migrants from Islamic countries. Their culture, heavily influenced by religion, doesn't have the same values, promotes seclusion from unbelievers and using unbeliever's resources at will because they see non-muslims as beneath them.There are Muslim women in Sweden who are there for 20+ years and speak NONE of the language. The epidemic of sexual abuse , property crime and gang violence, the statistics about learning the language, culture, statistics about employment, even personal interviews are good enough proof that majority of these migrants aren't willing to uphold our rules, our culture and are NOT going to be suitable citizens of Europe. Why should we be paying for people who gleefully admit to not wanting to work and feeling entitled to social benefits? Only France and UK were colonial empires, the rest of Europe had NOTHING to do with the state of Middle East.\nWe sympathise with people wanting to escape from religious fundamentalism, from fear of retribution for their identity and there are separate programmes for them. However we have every right not to want Islam and it's rules and it's fanatics anywhere close - religion is a remnant of the middle age and religious fundamentalism, be it Christian of Muslim is nothing more than an excuse to be hateful and bigoted. Europe has worked hard to free itself from that kind of mentality, to have majority of people who genuinely believe in things like gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, disabled rights, right to healthcare, equality under law and so on - vast majority of which are not compatible with what vast majority of practicing Muslims believe. They don't like us, they don't like the way we behave and dress, they don't want to live like us and follow the same rules- why are they here if not for the resources? If they were there for human rights issues, they wouldn't be bringing the opressive faith that is the source of the human rights violations in their homeland.

Forget the LTB. If the arrears are over 35k, go issue a statement of claim in the superior court and ask for a writ of possession. Court is MUCH faster than the lame excuse for a tribunal that is the LTB

1. German companies expect people to speak C1 Deutsch out of college. Which is not only unreasonable but also impossible unless a student only studied German and not their subject matter.\n2. The companies are still milking COVID and the war in Ukraine as excuses to not hire enough people while the pool of recent graduates is increasing. \n3. People with specialised degrees are unemployed. \n\nGermany doesn't need immigration for skilled labour. It needs to change it's corporate mindset and be more welcoming and understanding of the non-Germans. Sure people need to learn your language but that doesn't mean that they'll land here, eat currywurst and immidiately start speaking the local dialect. You've to be patient and give them time, which they simply don't want to give. \n\nAnd don't get me started on the meagre salary. It's insulting.

The entire world needs to be a safe haven, NOT Western nations ONLY. Giving people outlets delays CHANGING the nations that these immigrants come from. Those nations need rapid and massive introduction of democracy, capitalism, rule of law (Western law), freedom of speech, free mass education, freedom. It's clear that the mass of humanity chooses this option. Giving them outlets instead of demanding that their nations CHANGE delays world progress. Anyone who truly believes in helping those nations would be focused on plans to CHANGE those nations. No excuses for further delay! What taxpayers dish out to support ONE immigrant could educate several children for a year or MORE in their own nations, could help support adult education, entrepreneurship, and more. CHANGE THOSE NATIONS.

If Canadians are unhappy about immigration, that literally means it’s an indisputable scientific fact that there are immense issues with our system. This is criminal...two sides of the story here i can assume...but both sides are at fault...the tenant is a criminal and the landlord should have done more...put pressure on the landlord and tenants court...the landlord and tenants organization is a joke...no one takes them serious because they have a huge back load of court cases is not an excuse...the government wants more housing with out properly funding the courts and they are costing owners money 3 fold. It's a systematic virus...these figures these landlords quoted do not even include the damage the location has after the entitled criminal tenant leaves behind. Also this is not a mental heath issue, its just a plain purposely planned out criminal act. If they are criminally charged and convicted i am sure they will be comfortable in a 10 X 8 cell for 2 years with free rent, utilities and 3 square meals a day. Ford never takes in account possible issues that can arise he jumps into a project and never considers the side effects...maybe in heart he is a PC but he acts like a Liberal. They need the back log dealt with and a special team to police this industry.

Landlord Tenant board is a joke and should be called Tenant Board. Since PC govt came in power two housing minister have made situation worse for small landlords. There are less adjudicators than 6 years ago and applications take upto a year before learning takes place. Even then, any excuse by tenants is tolerated but landlord suffer. I will not invest any more in Ontario. It is a very very bad place and PC govt does not care. I do not know what housing minister does all day. Sad.

The problem with some of the immigration is that some forget the values and ethics! Something simple is like waiting in a que or driving on the road.\n\nThis idea of Canada dream is a false dream cannot start a family or buy a house.\n\nI’m saying that - Canada is land of opportunity, if inflation was a lot lower and salaries were not living hand to mouth. People’s quality of life would improve and people would be happier which would result in playing staying in Canada and helping the country grow.\n\nWhat is failing Canada is excuses blaming 1980 1990 is poor we in 2024 country has had 24 years to move forward.
