If you have insurance in the US are you 100% covered for doctor visits, surgeries, hospital stays and medical tests? In Canada we are covered for all these things and there’s no bill after we receive these services. A family of 4 pays about $17000 a year in taxes to cover these things. This would be about $12000 USD. A family of 4 in the US pays about $24000 per year in insurance and still have to pay for services. I think we have the better deal.

As far as healthcare goes the US is a 3rd world country, where, only the rich can afford to see a doctor, or visit a hospital. You have thousands of people living on the streets, with NO help, or concern. America is no different than Bangladesh, or Ethiopia, for having a part of your society living on the street, begging for food, or money. When the US starts caring for ALL of it's people, regardless of skin color, race, or background, and give them a hand up, like most CIVILIZED societies do, you'll always be a 3rd world country. As someone who has done the immigration process legally, and know of people who have done it legally, I think it’s unfair that these illegal migrants can just come while I and those who done the process right had to pay a lot of money and wait a long time. People who are against this why don’t you understand? I have family who in their own country had to wait a LONG time for a visa just to visit the US and pay a lot too. I think there is one crucial thing that need to highlight, it is about behavior. Not even in western countries but in some Asian countries, Indian already known for disrespecting to local and do not obey the rules of the country that they visit. If you ask the hotelier, driver, tour agent or even attraction/tourism spot staff they already have a signal among each other if there is tourist from India coming. In many cases, alot of provider don't accept their booking due to the previous experiences from Indian customers. \n\nSo, it is not about economic power or purchasing power but more into how Indian carry their self when they come to other people land.

As an Australian, I can honestly say that some of your countrymen who visit this country, are not the shining ambassadors for India. Overstaying their visas, criminal offending, visa fraud, and violence against women are just some of the problems we are experiencing. This may be contributing to an increase in visa rejections from Indian nationals.

I was po'd that I had to pay $13 for a tv in my room when I had my kids LMAO! Canadian problem. Free now though. For the most part I like the safety and security of Canada. My parents both born in the states. They renounced their citizenship in the 60s. They said they’d never move back and only visited twice because my grandparents lived there. Plus, North America isn’t the best when it comes to being advanced with technology.

In india when these foreign ppl come to travel and all we literally treat them as if they are stars of some movie whereas they are just normal people and we should stop treating them special .. see how they treat our people when they visit their country. I always keep upto date with FP news but this was so biased and failed to address the issue fully and accurately. Firstly, the economy of India or the foreign policies of India has little to do with the power of the Indian passport. According to that logic US, China and Russia should be the top 3 in the passport ranking - but it is not. @3:35 The logic is visible and the west does not need to explain it. It is the quality of the people visiting the western countries. There is a significant number of Indian citizens who would migrate without the intention to return. This fact unfortunately affects everyone holding an Indian passport. FP also needs to see that middle class in India is not at a middle class standard worldwide. I presume those countries which has slightly stronger passport than India has populations which are a tiny fraction of those wanting to travel with an Indian passport.

Been waiting 1 year for a VISITOR visa for my wife to come with me to visit my family in Canada. It's an absolute joke. Canada is broken.

Its because of how most of the indians who visit to western countries (in fact even thailand) behaves. Stealing hotel toiletries, towels arrogant. I heard one tourist yelling at a restaurant in lake district UK as he is a <<caste name>> and won't bow down. Poor intern student english guy didn't get what he meant. Reputation is very bad for most of the countries to be honest.

DW is getting to be as bad as CNN. German and Yiddish were my first languages, but thank God I was born in Texas in 1943. I visit Germany quite often. In fact I just returned about a month ago. Germany should worry about their own problems rather than trying to spread hate about Trump.

I am a UK citizen. I find it strange that Indian nationals claim to be 'proud' of their country, yet they all want to move elsewhere (UK, US, Canada, Australia etc). If their country is so great, then why do they want to keep going to other countries? And then there's the bureaucracy for those who want to visit destinations such as India. If India wants to impose endless paperwork and procedures to other countries, then it should expect the same. India was the one that started the childish tit-for-tat behaviour when the UK and Canada were restricting visa applications during the pandemic, so therefore India banned e-visa applications from Canadians and UK citizens. If India wants to behave like this, then why can't other nations? The UK is full of Indians who come here and don't want to integrate to our way of life etc, hence it's better for everyone if they just stayed in India.

Hopefully soon Ill be able to visit NYC again to see my family again, and walk down the street with my kids without looking over my shoulder constantly in permanent anxiety mode.

It doesn't just happen in Canada, US, UK, Aus but also welcoming countries like Thailand, UAE.\n2) Indian Visa (to visit India) itself is one of the most expensive and complicated to get for foreigners, so other countries have no incentive to make it easier for Indian citizens.\n3) Developed countries know that if they make it 'easier' for Indians to travel to their country, they will end up with tens of thousands who wont want to go back to India. It is already the case when its difficult to get a visa, imagine the situation if its made easier.\n4) Most of the Indian tourists fall under the mass category, they are not like the heavy spending Chinese tourists. We are not the most well behaved, so till we start getting more affluent, we wont be in as much demand.

Parents in India encourage their children to go to foreign countries in the hope of becoming rich! They calculate the U.S. dollar by the Rupee at 1 dollar @ Rs. 86! As an Indian living in Australia, i support the rejection of visas. Indian behave like they're living in India. Ladies in my class from punjab will speak only punjabi and ask desi lectures if they can teach the class in Hindi. \nAlso occasionally the khalistanis will do demonstrations here creating traffic. \nMany indians visiting nearby Vietnamese cities lile bali also disrespect locals there.
