My family and I left Canada for Mexico a few years ago. It was the best thing we ever did and I wish we had done it sooner. Both of our families have been in Canada since before it was even a country. It was time to move on to greener pastures. We are entrepreneurs and we realised Canada is not the place for people like us. We would have lost everything had we stayed.

As a born and raised Canadian millennial, I'm grateful to have escaped Canada almost a decade ago when even back then I could no longer tolerate the conditions of Greater Toronto. It's exponentially worse in Toronto today. I wish the best for Canada but I just can't see it improving over the coming decades. I love my life in the US too much to ever move back, but fortunately close enough to make the drive to visit friends and family.

100% bang on.. I've lived in Dubai (traveled to many other countries).. this is nowhere near being considered as developed anymore (GDP criteria is outdated)..Canada got developed and they forgot to update and even upgrade..!! The drug situation is so bad that I really hope that you didn't come across crackheads/homeless who are under the influence of drugs at all times.. No doubt there are way more homeless people in India, but they are working or at least trying in some way to make their life better and they never hurt you at least, here, it's the opposite, as they literally can do anything.. you can find them roaming all over on the streets of Old Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa.. You can literally find them everywhere.. someone commented earlier that you should give 2 years.. Bro or sis.. it's a complete waste as I am at the same point.. and on top of it when you invested 2 years, it even becomes tougher as it becomes even harder to go back as you have spent so much on furniture, house, car, tools, n all and most importantly - 2 YEARS of life. I left my pregnant wife and have been staying away from her and a 1-and-a-half-year-old baby boy hoping that we'll create a better future and can afford to struggle right now.. its been 2+ years.. Honestly.. I am still not able to figure out whether there is any future or I have spoiled my present looking for a future.. its a dilemma beyond explanation in words, with no relatives or anyone based here.. I've a lot at stake currently and that's the only reason I am stuck otherwise leaving this place seems to be inevitable.. \n\nI travel extensively all throughout and forget about expressways anywhere in Canada (Except 407 which has an insane toll rate) it's a 4-lane highway just 80 km from Toronto to the rest of 450+ kms to Montreal which are 2 major cities of this so-called developed country.. same is for Ottawa, the same hold true from Calgary to Edmonton, and any other major town/city!! on top of it, they are struggling to even maintain those (always under construction - even construction is a wrong word to use as they aren't adding anything new.... it is just being repaired in true words) Same is true with adding new infra in terms of hospitals or any other facility... Banking sucks.. Still dealing through the mail (Postal mail).. (Mails not e-mails). I simply can't get that.. the tax agency - CRA sends communications through the mail, and the same with any other agency.. Comon.. grow up is what I feel at times..!! People are literally not willing to work (Except hard-working immigrants), Govt. doesn't have any plans for the future regarding the economy and development... just bringing in immigrants.. that's it..\n\nYou've made a very smart decision and really at a very good time.. wish you, and your family all the best..!!

Canada is for those people who are willing to gap the bridge between eastern and western cultures. In Canada if someone is willing to give 100% effort for about 3 to 4 years, personal growth is amazing. You are very honest about the information you have provided in this video. Half the planet is trying to migrate to western countries both legally and illegally. Thousands and thousands each month! No surprise that foreigners, and the born and raised, are now having to compete for homes/jobs. Best advice: be grateful if a country is still trying to help u leave the place that u wish to leave. And don't expect white collar jobs asap too. And please don't be USING Canada as your country-of-convenience.

Nitish I am a sikh and staying in Canada since last 3 years and have always kept myself away from any Khalistani element . but I genuinely wish not being tagged an extrmeist by the non sikh indian community . Sadly everything you shared is pretty accurate. I got got followed to my work place by a stranger I met in the TTC streetcar. He proceeded with attempted to assault me in the building of my workplace. This left me traumatized for months, thank goodness I overcame my fear of riding the TTC. On the question of rent, it’s insane it actually may force some people to stay in bad situations just so they can maintain the living conditions they are accustomed to like staying in toxic relationships or terrible roommate situations…etc. I did get very lucky, moving in 2022 from living with a roommate to living on my own in a bachelor same area and really nice area in Mimico by the Lake for a rent of only $1400. Simply because my landlords are an old couple not greedy at all who prioritize having a good tenant over making extra cash but having to deal with different tenants every few months just because people cannot sustain the increase of living in Toronto plus paying their bills and rent. So there is hope, if you can find a landlord that has these values you won the lottery. I’m hoping things change for the better in Toronto, there’s no reason why the city cannot tackle all these issues in a more efficient way. But like sometimes I think of moving to a smaller city and if it weren’t for my current rent which is very low for the time we’re in, I would have moved to a cheaper province a long time ago. Lived in Toronto for 21 years. Moved out 2 years ago to Calgary. The Best decision ever made. I only wish we made this move much earlier. Calgary is great, but if you decide to move here, please don't bring the TO attitude. Please don't Ontario my Alberta!

Why have so many canadians become stabbers? What you are describing about Toronto is meanwhile all over Germany going on too... The mainstream media in cooperation with most politicians is seriously telling us, that germans have become more violent and foreigners committing crimes are often tourists too, which of course is absolute BS. But, we never had so many stabbing, gang rapings with 8 or more men raping underage girls and other woman, abuse of KO-Drops young man attacking police and ambulances, drugdealers near schools etc. before 2015... That canadians that are so happy abt refugees can maybe come to Europe and take some more to Canada. In the last 3 days 10.000 young african men arrived in Italy by boat, and non of the people here wants them really plus hundred thousands of arabs and afghans and millions from the ukraine. The standard of aircraft from UK to Abu dhabi always excellent. Lekin aircraft Abu Dhabi to pakistan and vice versa always sub standard. Its almost like bus coach standard.
