I’m actually appalled at the racism in this video. People have a right to search for a better life for themselves. Why do you think white people ended up in Canada in the first place? It’s not their country. Immigrants are typically highly educated and pay Canada exorbitant amounts of money to move here and/or go to school here. They also take a loss because most of the time their university degrees are not recognized in this country. They swallow their pride and take jobs beneath them. Immigrants bring value to this country. They’re extremely intelligent and hard working. In my 34 years living here not once have I seen ANY Indians or Africans in shelters or on the streets.

No Indians or for that matter any other community enter Canada and choose to live their lives here if the Governments doesn't allow that. Please also acknowledge the fact that so many well educated Indians are coming here which is a huge brain drain and capital loss for India itself , just because it is not able to provide better job opportunities there. Now they are coming with different cultural background with English not as their first language. But they settle down here for long term and contribute to the economy of this country. As someone who is born in Canada as an Indian. This is absolutely sad to here. I want the best for Canadians who are born and raised here. I have 10 years of experience working in the nation I was raised and I am having some people have my job who aren't even fit for the job. It makes no sense to me. Our wages have stalled due to international students for a better life, but at the end I want money just like other Canadians who have been here for ages. Also we need to end why our government allows lucrative hiring contracts overseas for cheaper positions in certain degrees and diplomas. In addition, why are all of our call centers placed all over the world. From Africa, south east Asia, South Asia. Those jobs can be available here. We can have a decomcratic country if our country didn't care about just "growth" we didn't need more immigration. We needed systematic change in government, schools, common sense, I could go on. I think us as Canadians don't know how corrupt the world really is. Look at other countries and how they work. It's lucrative essentives to benefit only certain people. I would rather have our tax payer money be used to fix the system. My dad's been here since the 1980s and he is sad for everyone. This is a loss on both ends. We didn't create new universities, new highways to support the population, no hospitals, new schools. I remember when my class sizes were 18 to 20 kids. We need change, not radical because we were never that. Let's do what we do best and be Canadians for us first.

My recommendation for Canada is to trade and work closely with China and Mexico. It could raise more jobs and minimize the loss from the trade war.

When so many immigrants enter a country that its infrastructure can not handle the increased population, people start to be anti-immigration. People who are not the majority race and culture, are easy targets for people who are frightened by the rise of homelessness and crime, and loss of employment. In Canada, even in small rural towns, long established residents see that their children can not find work, or housing, while obvious immigrants are everywhere as waitresses, cashiers, and other unskilled jobs which their children used to do when starting out. On top of that, many Canadians can not find a family doctor, and our healthcare system is strained to the breaking point. People are frightened, and want the government to tighten immigration policies. I think that our government did not consider all the factors when it opened the door so wide for immigration. Once your student permit expires, you go back to your country of origin. If you want to apply for PR, this should be done from your home country. Work permits should be suspended while Canada is suffering with job loss. CIC needs stop issuing PR to individules who've overstayed in Canada past their permit expiry, not proceed with the PR file. A few years ago I went to university of Toronto for free dental care, cost me 350. Bucks was waste of my time and money, never in my life I though that a employee of the university believed she had more rights than I, due to loss of my job 40 years I found myself in a very shita situation.
